This blend is composed of Dulima coffee from the region of Tolima in Colombia, known for producing delicious beans that are very caramel like and with a dense body. This mountainous region permits for a slow ripeness of the coffee cherries that give way to the great character of these coffee. We then add Nicaraguan coffee from the Santa Candida estate located in the two regions of Jinotega and Matagalpa. This coffee is grown between 1200-1500 m.a.s.l and it is composed from caturra, catuai and maragojipe varietals, giving our blend the sweet and defined aromas it is known for. The estate uses a proper farming practice, environmentally friendly and socially conscious approach producing coffee of superb quality. We dare to call this unique concoction of beans our “house blend”, because it is delicious and because it is a good way to get introduced to our coffee roasting company. We are sure that when you try this coffee you will be left wanting more.
