We strongly believe that coffee is all about choices and moods. Most of us think of coffee as a morning habit, but we would like to inspire you to think a bit differently about the beverage. The Mechanic blend is our proposal for an afternoon coffee…yes coffee designed for after lunch or before dinner. We have made a mix of delicious Costa Rican coffee from finca “El poeta” in Alajuela. This coffee is known for its floral aroma, clean medium body, chocolate and nutty notes. To enhance such a quality of cup we added to the mix Mexican coffee from the famous region of Coatepec in the state of Veracruz. This coffee is composed of the Bourbon, Typica and Caturra varieties producing a tart citric acidity with a smooth mouthfeel with notes of green grapes, toffee and cocoa.
