The concept of Café Delas can be summed up in one word, “empowerment”. In collaboration with the IWCA (International Women's in Coffee Alliance), this project aims to improve women's access to resources traditionally beyond their reach, and to give them an equal voice in leadership. The organization works with women from 12 different regions of Brazil to promote a women's leadership network and ensure the organizational capacity of the Brazilian coffee growing industry is strengthened.

Women will not only produce a specialty coffee, they will also have a large positive impact in their families and communities, which is why it is crucial to draw on our resources and encourage the participation of women in political and social spheres.
